2019 will be the 10th year for this event that features wine and beer seminars, tasting stations and live music. Chefs from the hotels' restaurants will be on hand to explain their dishes. The popular Beer Garden will return to offer beer tastings of local and seasonal favorites. Causeway tickets, allowing you unlimited food and beverage samples from more than 40 tasting stations and 30 wineries, are available as part of a hotel package or individually. Guests may also buy a booklet of 25 a la carte tickets for $65. Food and beverage items range from 2-6 tickets per item.

Sunday Bubbles Brunch - Sunday, October 28, 2018 (Seating available at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., and 12:30 p.m.)

J Vineyards and Winery will present this brunch of cured meats, imported cheeses, sushi, and traditional and not-so-traditional items prepared by award-winning Chefs. A la carte options will also be available.

One glass of champagne or specialty mimosa will be included in the menu price, along with the option to upgrade to bottomless champagne and mimosas at the time of seating.

2018 Menus


Highlights of the 2018 menu include featured items from the hotel’s signature restaurants: Hickory Smoked Chopped Burnt Brisket Ends and Beef Sliders from The Fountain; Striped Bass from Todd English’s bluezoo; Braised Beef Agnolotti from Il Mulino Trattoria and Oven Roasted Beef Rib Eye from Shula’s Steakhouse.

Returning this year will be Carnival Corner and Chinatown, offering specialty cuisine in immersive themed areas, as well as the Sunday Bubbles Brunch on Sunday, October 28. Original dessert offerings will once again be served by World Champion Pastry Chef Laurent Branlard.

Bubbles Lounge (Friday and Saturday)

A secluded, whimsically themed area showcasing sparkling beverages including champagne and sparkling wine, inspired by Lawrence Welk and his champagne style. Guests will receive a special entrance ticket to the lounge upon check-in and can seek out the space to enjoy a light-hearted atmosphere and sweeping views of the festival while sipping champagne.
