2018 will be the 9th year for this event that features wine and beer seminars, tasting stations and live music. Chefs from the hotels' restaurants will be on hand to explain their dishes. The popular Beer Garden will return to offer beer tastings of local and seasonal favorites. Causeway tickets, allowing you unlimited food and beverage samples from more than 40 tasting stations and 30 wineries, are available as part of a hotel package or individually. Guests may also buy a booklet of 25 a la carte tickets for $50. Food and beverage items range from 2-6 tickets per item.

Sunday Bubbles Brunch - Sunday, October 28, 2018 (10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

J Vineyards will present this brunch of cured meats, imported cheeses, sushi, and traditional and not-so-traditional items prepared by award-winning Chefs. A la carte options will also be available.

One glass of champagne or specialty mimosa will be included in the menu price, along with the option to upgrade to bottomless champagne and mimosas at the time of seating.

2017 Menus


Highlights of the 2017 menu include featured items from the hotel’s signature restaurants: Kobe beef mini burgers with truffle aioli, Applewood smoked bacon and roma tomato chutney from The Fountain; seared Yellowfin Tuna salad from Todd English’s bluezoo; ricotta gnocchi with wild mushrooms, baby spinach and fennel sausage from Il Mulino Trattoria and oven-roasted beef ribeye with mashed potatoes and sauce bordelaise from Shula’s Steakhouse. Returning dishes include the popular dragon sushi roll from Kimonos and fish ‘n’ chips with sea salt and vinegar potato chips from Garden Grove.

Also returning this year will be Carnival Corner and Chinatown, offering specialty cuisine in immersive themed areas, as well as the Sunday Bubbles Brunch on Sunday, Oct. 29. Original dessert offerings will once again be served by World Champion Pastry Chef Laurent Branlard.
